Return and Refund Policy

1. Notification of Incorrect Information:
If you notice any inaccuracies in the information provided during the selling process within 5 business days of receiving your order, please notify CS Distribution promptly. We will address any discrepancies as quickly as possible to ensure accuracy.

2. Cancellations and Restocking:
If you choose to cancel an order before it leaves our warehouse, you may do so. However, cancellations made after the sale has been completed and funds have been received will incur a 20% restocking fee for non-perishable goods and a 25% restocking fee for perishable goods, as long as a $50 cancellation fee without exception.

3. Responsibility for Restricted Items:
Certain items may be prohibited from being sold on third party marketplaces. Before purchase, buyers are responsible for confirming their eligibility to sell specific items on third party marketplaces. This responsibility lies solely with the buyer.

4. Verification of SKUs:
To avoid any issues, please double-check your purchase orders (POs) for accurate SKUs. This step ensures that our return policy remains aligned with your intended order and is strictly enforced.

5. Amazon Warehouse Shipments:
Once goods have been sent to an Amazon warehouse, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Ensure your choices are final before this stage, as this policy is strictly enforced.
